Yes, the initial price is for "basic" service which is cheaper than a mp with basic FS ending. If you want more of GFE experience then yes they will ask for more $. The problem I've had is the language barrier and not understanding each other.

I really only partook because of the cleanliness and decent reviews I read from others on here. It was DW when I last partook. I've since lost track of what became of the new names and all.
