Chelsea Police Department Arrest 15 in Undercover Prostitution Sting



In an ongoing effort to eradicate prostitution in Chelsea, the Chelsea Police Department conducted a focused operation on Thursday April 3, 2008. As part of the on-going “Operation EPIC” (Eliminate Prostitution in Chelsea) the department utilized undercover officers in targeting both Prostitutes and Johns. As a result, 15 arrests were made. According to Captain Keith Houghton “The Chelsea Police Department continues to conduct these operations and targets not only the prostitutes but also the their customer base or John’s” He added, “ Chief Kyes has prioritized focused enforcement on these types of crimes that deteriorate the quality of life for Chelsea residents and promises more operations and enforcement in the coming weeks”. As a further deterrent, the Chelsea Police Department,, will now post the names of those arrested on the Chelsea Police Department’s website at [url]www.chelseapolice.com[/url]. Looked like things were in motion at 11 pm last Wednesday night in the rain. I went around the track two times and had a tail on the last leg of the tour. Followed me almost up the TB ramp.

Just in case no one knew(I didn't read this whole thread) Chelsea has put a camera up to watch the area of Park St. around 3rd and Pearl. It has a good view of that area including side streets. The last I heard they were going to put a couple more up also. haven't heard where or when it will happen. So just keep that in mind when in Chelsea.

Driving Home From Work Around 12 am Saturday night Saw two BSW headed towards KA gave me the stare down, but I did not partake just wanted to pass it along, I bet they get busy after the club closes..

Also noticed on another night that the Chelsea police fuel up in mass around midnight at the gas station over there..Shift Change!

Just a little intel for ya.

Did a brief tour in Chelsea around 4AM this morning. Cruised the usual spots and suddenly saw an Asian/Cambodian or Latin chick nearby DD's. Attempted to scoop her up, but I got beat by another guy driving a red Dodge Avenger. Damn you whomever you are!:)

Anywhoo, Saw two other SWS walking together nearby the bus stop. One black, the other white. They had to be in their early 20's. Got the BSW for $25 for a BBBJ. Skills were sub par, but got the job done. I'll be out again tonight in Brockton.

Went to Chesea. Saw one wsw, but she was drunk and even walking with a drink in her hand. I wouldn't have picked her up anyway, but some one beat me to her. Also saw a sw that looked like a tranny or a girl that looked like a guy.

But even though it was a bust, it was still funny to see at least 20 cars cruising. There was even this one car, that had 2 or 3 people in it, pulling over for anything that was walking down the street. I followed then for a little while they pulled over at least 6 times for girls that were obviously NOT sw. So after I got bored with the comedy show and leo's starting to show up I headed to Lynn(see Lynn).

Inbound just past the square I saw 2 hsw. Nothing great, just reporting.
