It's a good guide of protocol in an average AMP. I think it was written quite a while ago, but still seems relevant today and to the places in our area.
Any comments welcome! I would always say there's trial and error involved, too, just like anything else.

Went early afternoon, lot was full of cars and a half hour wait before I could even get into a room. Decided I will go back another time. How many girls do they have or is it just Mickie?
