Thur - Full of LE, Empty of SW's
I swung through Racine Thursday night at about 11:30, entering on South Memorial as usual. Spotted one BSW immediately but passed since she was not very attractive. Up and down Douglass I saw nothing but one LE cruising the street, no SW's. On the second pass there was nobody on the streets but the same patrol car on Douglass. Third pass was at about 12:30. Now there were several patrol cars on Douglass and still no SW's. This motivated me to leave town for the night. Leaving town on S. Memorial I noticed a couple of patrol cars there also with one car pulled over on a side street. There was one fat BSW near 12th street but I passed on this also given all the LE activity.
Jailbait Lands Man in Jail
A man who allegedly tried to lure two 10-year-old girls into his truck for sex has been charged with child enticement.
22 year old Jose of Racine, is charged with two counts of child enticement. Each charge carries a maximum penalty of 25 years imprisonment and $100,000 in fines.
Two 10-year-old girls called police about 2:20 p.m. Saturday, from Walgreen’s, 819 N. Memorial Dr. They told police they were walking through the parking lot toward North Memorial Drive when a truck pulled into the parking lot.
The driver honked the horn and called out to get the girls’ attention, they said, and then asked “Do you want some money?” One of the girls asked how much, and the driver said $35. When the girl said “sure,” the driver told her to come to the truck, and she did.
She said he then told both girls to get in his car for about 10 minutes, but they said no and ran to the Walgreen’s security guard. One of the girls said she ran to the security guard because she recognized the uniform as being safe.
The guard said he saw the girls walk to the white pickup truck, and when the girls started running toward him, he ran to get the truck’s license plate. When the driver saw the guard coming he sped away on State street. The guard got a partial plate and a good look at the vehicle and its driver.
At 3:40 p.m. police saw a truck matching the description near the intersection of Blake and Hamilton streets. A group of men were across the street. An officer brought the guard to the area, and he pointed the truck out and said the driver was in the group of men. He identified the driver, giving officers a description of his clothing.
The suspect walked over to the truck, unlocked the door, got in and started it up. Police pulled up, and the driver got out. He was then identified.
Police said his actions were consistent with attempting to lure a prostitute, and that $35 is a standard fee for prostitution.
Another Thursday, Some LE, Some SW's
Another Thursday night in Racine around 11:00. On my first pass (south to north) there was a car stopped on Memorial and a 2nd on Douglass by police and no SW's in view. Returning south the police on Memorial were gone and a reasonably attractive lady crossing the bridge smiled at me. She quickly met me on a side street. She had and interesting approach, skipping happily along with a big smile on her face like she was overjoyed I stopped. This positive attitude sure improved my mood. Hopped in the car and introduced herself as Divine. While looking for a parking place she noted that she remembered me from the past. Turns out it is Nicole (met in Feb) going by a different name and looking quite different. She was apparently pregnant during our last encounter. I remembered her not appreciating CIM on our last visit but she made no mention of it this time. She exhibited the same good skills as before. I went ahead with CIM, always do unless something different is said up front. She had an even more dramatic response than before. Started gagging and I thought she was going to upchuck in the car. Fortunately that didn't happen. Oh well, at least I enjoyed the ending and this hobby is all about my pleasure.
I made another pass through town after dropping her off just to stay familiar with the action. There was one police car on patrol. One thin BSW on Douglass and one average looking BSW on Memorial.
