Obviously the better looking, better performing, more reliable girls are going to want more money. $300 to $400 seems to be the average for the local girls, and $500+ for a lot of the traveling girls, or high end local girls. Sure you can find girls under $200, but more often than not they're less reliable, less attractive, or poor performers. Also that "hour" you paid around $200 for is more often actually 15-20 minutes. Whereas with the $300+ girls you're actually getting your full hour with MSOG.
Sure there are exceptions on both ends of the spectrum where you may get lucky with a great under $200 girl just starting out who hasn't realized her value yet, or a scamming $300+ girl. But in my experience the above is generally true in Mass.
Also consider that lower priced girls are usually much higher volume, and you're having to compete with lots of other guys for their time. The lower the rates, the higher the volume, and therefore the harder it is to reach them when you want. Conversely higher priced girls may only see three or four guys per week, and still make enough money to live comfortably.
Lots of guys are just constantly searching for that diamond in the rough though instead of paying the higher price for that cut and polished gem. Admittedly I'm guilty of that myself, but it doesn't change the accuracy of what I've said above.
