Great Pharoah ([URL]https://greatpharaoh.com/[/URL]) across the street from SASA a bit more restrictive but similar options to Tiger / SASA.

Phoenix Spa ([URL]https://phoenixmassagevancouver.com/massage-therapist-schedule/[/URL]) for whatever reason it's always busy whenI drop-by but there's no denying the talent level is on-point.

Sole Spa ([URL]http://mobile.thesolespa.ca/[/URL]) predominantly Asian but I've been w / Black and EI girls there.

When a spa lists prices, are they all inclusive, or is a tip for additional services expected? If a tip is expected, what are the typical reasonable ranges? I don't want to cheat the girls, but I don't want to overpay either.

BBBJ (not my thing) is generally +$50 and FS is very much not a thing (it's happened to me exactly three times in regular visits over 15 years). Tipping commensurate to service is always appreciated but never expected and (as always) politeness and hygiene goes far.
