This applies to both Watt and Stockton. I've been there four times recently but had no success, so I turned around and left, even though these places were very busy. Here's something important to keep in mind. There are too many police cars on Watt now. They are parked on nearby streets, around corners, and in hidden spots, watching what's happening. They periodically patrol the nearby streets and shine lights into the windows of parked cars. Every time this happened, I had to drive further away because I personally saw them randomly stopping passing cars multiple times three days ago. Here's something else that seemed off. I saw a new street walker a few times—absolutely stunning, white. The price was surprising, only $100, but she only offers services in her room. Seems a bit too cheap because she's a 9 out of 10. I saw her get into different cars and drive off multiple times, but it still seemed strange to me.

Yesterday, there was also a lot of activity on Stockton. There were many street walkers, all very different. They stood in groups of 3 to 7 in parking lots, being very loud and talking a lot, but it wasn't entirely clear what about. Prices also varied from $100 to $200. But again, it was the same story as on Watt. There were a lot of police cars constantly driving up and down the street. And they were always different cars.

Add to that the fact that the Happy massage parlor closed down a few days ago. Clearly, this is not the best time for all of this. Honestly, it's really sad that the laws here are like this. I'm from Europe myself, and I don't remember there ever being any kind of punishment for clients anywhere.

Signal the girl to get in. If she won't, drive away.

Not every girl who refuses to just get in the car is a cop, but every cop will refuse to get in the car. Remember LE's main priority is always their own safety, and a UC in a car alone can't be protected. They'll get you to agree to pay for services, then tell you they'll meet you around the corner, and now they have a recording of you soliciting and you're screwed when the uniforms are the ones waiting for you.

If we all stop agreeing to talk until she's in the car and we're driving away we can make it so it's not the norm anymore. We'll all be better for it.

Way back in the late 90's there was a little person who worked the Tenderloin in SF. I considered it a few times but word was that she was not a nice person and it wasn't worth it. Stockton blvd has mostly dried up for some reason, although I can still find some action further up north going toward fruitridge. Also have seen a couple further south towards Gerber road and even up to Elsie ave / mack road. But around the 99 plus mart and 47th Ave there aren't nearly as many girls out as before.

Drove down Stockton Blvd saw one white girl at the 99 store, and 2 Hispanic and on black at the corner of dias ave pick up the short Hispanic girl up for anything covered and chest finish this was around 1 in the morning on a Saturday.
