I'm too old for hostels plus you can't bring a provider back there but I suppose you could find an outcall. You still need to tack on another 150 minimum (for three nights) if you want your own room in a hostel bit that is a crappy experience not worth even going at my age. Hotels are easy 200/ night.

I've flown to Dusseldorf and Berlin several times for under $500 round trip (booked way ahead and off season) traveling within Germany or EU is super cheap and easy (and fun).

I stay in nice clean hotels (not hostels) outside the city centers and far from tourist areas for about $130. And have also rented complete one bedroom apartments from around $60.

Transportation from the hotel to where the providers are is cheap and easy because. Its Europe!!

Food is expensive and bad in the tourist areas but is cheap and tasty where the locals live.

I have my own business so I don't lose money when I travel. I bring my little laptop to check up on work in the morning and get out to play by 11:00 am.

Top of the line models are about 200 EU but I've dreamed some solid 8's for half that. And Sometimes those models will do BBFS. And never been with a provider older than 25.

To recap, (and this is my experience).

Flight $500.

Stay $520 (4 days).

Food $500.

Transportation $100.

Providers $1200 for about 7-10 of them.

Total $2820.
