The easiest way is to sign up with [URL]Humaniplex.com[/URL] (HX) . A bunch of these K-orgs advertised on there. See a few girls (I recommend FirstAsians and StunningAsians. Both are K-orgs that are easy with level 0 newbies) and ask them to rate you on HX. Once you get a few (positive) ratings (you have to rate them first after seeing their girls), you can try to make an appt with the K-orgs you are interested in. Be very nice to her, pay her, fuck her, and then ask if she would be willing to vouch for you with one of the major K-agencies. That's how I got through the door 15 years ago. A solid reference like that is really the safest form of screening for everyone. I would never give up my personally identifying information (too dangerous). And requiring Id is also not a very effective method of screening. Do any of these agencies really think the cops can't make a fake Id and fake job history? They do it all the time. I could do it myself. Just walk down Alvarado Street for a few blocks and, guaranteed, somebody will offer to sell it to you for 50 bucks. Solid references are the way to go. And if an agency won't accept that, then move on to the next one.

Really? 50 bucks was low even 20 years ago, but maybe I just don't know how to barter with the Hispanic folks who work that industry. I'm already in at most agencies in SoCal, but if I ever travel to other states that don't / won't verify with CA agencies, might be nice to have one if it's really only 50 bucks.
