Got out of work the other day and the Sky was Blue, no snow in sight. Figured I would stay out for HHR. The plan has been to build off the Casino down the road, add a convention center and a reputable hotel.

According to a Times-Dispatch article a few months ago, they are specifically looking at the land between the shopping mall below LJS and the new shopping just center before Chippenham Pkwy.

Just as you clean up your house before guests arrive, the powers-that-be are likely cleaning up the area before $$ flow into building. I'm sure that hypocrisy of it all will leave the no-tel motel traffic alone, but those that enjoy getting a fish sandwich at LJS may need start considering a new option in the future.

During my last 2 visits everything changed with only DIY offered and some OTC roaming only.

I would find that very suspicious! That building does not look like it was built in 1930, more likely 1990's. Each unit would have its own water cutoff. There would be a master cut off for the whole building then each rental section would have it own cutoff. Just like the electrical circuit one for the building and then each sub unit.

Almost sounds like what happened in West Palm Beach AMP, with cops installing cameras in each room. The county inspector told everyone to leave, then installed the camera.

I'm not paying anymore and honestly haven't had any problems. The BJ is not worth the extra it's usually half hearted and I don't get off anyway.
