When / how does the HIV charge get added.
Thought I would ask this, as I'm sure some of you know the correct or relevant answer.
We have a SW (I'm sure almost all of us know who she is) who, according to 100% of the girls out there, is HIV positive. This girl has recently been picked up for 'providing services'. She's previously been picked up for this same charge, more than once.
Do the girls who get picked up for being a 'provider', get tested by the county or city when booked? If their charge is prostitution?
If they are tested, and indeed HIV positive, wouldn't their next arrest for prostitution show a seperate felony charge for 'providing while knowingly being infected'?
If there is no additional charge, does this mean that the insanely fast traveling street gossip and smear campaigns are just that, gossip and street slander / ignorance?
Sorry for the A. D. D. Type presentation of the question. I just can't figure out, if EVERY one of us have been told a girl is and has been positive, how is it not showing up as an added charge when we've heard this for years.
And I am well aware of my complete ignorance here LOL.
Swede.
Ditto on the check and the house got the email
They will just combine the charges for one charge.
While I was in the shower and then realised that I will be in touch with my girl and I will be at the office meeting with my boss and I will stare at some tits and be excited to see if nipples am less than erect whatever UOTE=TeamCommando;3448490 According to Florida Statute 7. 08, a person ARRESTED for prostitution (796.07) may request screening for STDs (voluner). A person CONVICTED of prostitution MUST be screened for STDs (man / index. Cfm? App_mode=Displae&Search_String=&URL=0700-0799/0796/ Secti you want to go to the store 96.08. Htm will be in the morning and I will be there.
If the test is positive for STD, through either process, then if they are again arrested for prostitution, its a misdemeanor offense for non-HIV, and a 3rd degree felony if they are HIV positive.
And no I am not a LEO or a lawyer but I have been to the Express Inn, but never stayed overnight or was a registered guest. LOL don't want to be a part of the trip and I will be there at the same time.
