I know in Pinellas they would get tested if busted for pros. Not sure if that's still the case maybe some LEO could tell us?

On 19 today about 2 pm I spotted a tall, nice looking brunette walking north across from Southgate, walking on the street instead of the sidewalk. Then, after a short errand, I headed south and saw skinny-legs Cheryl (has anybody experienced her?) and a very fine looking reddish blonde both walking by the hedge in front of Cracker Barrel.
