Once, I saw a girl who was just visiting for a few days and after dropping the donation, she tells me she started her monthly. I'd probably go with Sandra's only because the price tag is more affordable and Chloe seems to allow CIM from consistent TER reviews. Sandra's ad always pitches Chloe as Eva Mendez look alike. I did not meet her before, so I cannot speak to that description. RT girl is "new," which is appealing to many, but if you want to know about what she will provide before meeting her, then nobody knows if she allows DFK, FIV, DATY, CIM etc.
