The video states that the decoy never got in the car. He solicited her and she directed him to a room where he was busted. I have seen on COP's where the decoy get's in the car. The guy solicits her and the cops bust him before he drives off. These stings are not common. One should also never go to where a SW directs him to pick him up. This has been used in the past a grounds for a loitering arrest.

It's kind of vague because it said that the cops followed the man and woman to the hotel so I am presuming that she in fact did get in his vehicle knowing that LEO was behind them but we will never be for certain however this is not what we are used to seeing and hearing you know what I mean? Lots of girls out Tuesday afternoon. Too bad there were lots of cops, too. I saw a couple of cruisers with guys pulled over, and two motorcycle cops that were staked out in a parking lot across a little south of Desert Inn.
