They can still make $ just having customers buy drinks and champagne by teasing. Let the mental aspect do most of the work and not the physical aspect. The BGs don't want to do the physical part as the primary option. So, they charge a high price to minimize customers from wanting to get FS. This way, they don't come across as being cheap / desperate. Plus, they don't want to deal with more and more customers wanting FS when they can just focus on the few who are willing to cough up 500-600. This way, it's kept more on the DL and discreet.
