Bed bugs are no joke. They can be almost impossible to get rid of, especially if you have a messy or cluttered house. The girls are not really the problem, it is the hotels who do not take the problem seriously enough. They are called bed bugs but you can get them however they can cling onto you or crawl into your clothes or bags. They catch a ride home with you and then go about reproducing and infesting your own house or apartment. I try take precautions at whatever hotel I'm using or going to visit. The main thing is to keep your stuff off the floor and upholstered furniture. If you're staying someplace use the luggage rack. Hang up your clothes or keep them in top drawers or on top of the dresser or desk. Keep your bags zipped closed tightly and up off the floor. If its a hotel room I'm getting I check the springs and under the mattress for bed bugs. If I'm just coming to visit a girl try to keep everything up off the floor. It doesn't take but a few extra seconds to quickly fold your pants and put them up or hang them up and the same for a shirt. If I bring in a bag it goes up off the floor either on the luggage rack up on the desk or dresser top and I keep it zipped closed when I'm not getting something out of it.
