" I don't see any evidence of anyone up and moving at this house. It is just very dark and secluded. I wait and now I notice a car pulling down this one way street slowly (mind you, it is 1:00 am) and it is obvious it is coming to the same driveway. I start the car moving slowly and go down the street to leave, the car passes me on and as I look in the mirror, the car does pull in the driveway for a few seconds, then pointing in my direction, then it pulls out and begins coming back down the street to follow me. I pull out on to Arlington and go back north to get out of there, still watching the car and sure enough it is still following. I gun it to get through the traffic light and when I am far up the road I see the car turn off.

I drive about 15 minutes when she messages asking if I was till there, that she was sorry but she had to change but she has a nice surprise for me and hopes I am there. I keep driving because by now I am almost halfway home. I finally reply to tell her I left and describe what happened. She immediately starts messaging that she understands being spooked, everything is ok, she will walk down the street and meet me, please come back. I just keep going. She explains it was family but doesn't know any details. Later after I am home she says maybe it was her brother getting some smokes and then mentions the surprise was going to be her with her gf. I ask what the gf looks like and she never answers that, just keeps saying that I should come back. I got home and went to bed.

Did you have voice communication with her? It sounds like perhaps her gangster friend got a hold of her phone and was setting you up for a robbery. Pretty clean robbery too, they know you have cash, you likely won't report it. I'd say you were very lucky. Don't pat yourself on the back, if they were good they would have had a car pull up and block you in, walk up to you and say "lisa said to pay us, she owes us for dope" and "lisa" would text you and say to pay them, then come on up.
