Do your research. Study the board. Go back in time and you'll learn that nearly all of the ads you've highlighted have either been reported on or clearly have not. Both mean that these ads are most likely fake.
You have to earn feedback from other members (not beg for it). Demonstrate some effort first and you'll obtain the member support you seek. Study thread histories and learn first. Then you'll realize the difference between quality questions and stupid questions.

I admit, I have a spinner fetish. Especially when there's not an ounce of body fat.
