Takara Japanese Steakhouse
It was about 2 months ago when I last visited Daytona and I had an excellent meal there. They have table top hibachi's. Sounds like exactly what you may be looking for. They have exquisite sushi. They also offer amazing flaming cocktails if that is your thing.
They are located in Port Orange. If you google them you will all you need to know. I highly suggest checking them out.
