Saw Phoenix for the first time yesterday. Location is great. And the skyline, whoa. No run down areas in this little city. All the streets were clean and the bushes trimmed nicely. I visited for only about a half hour, but was able to explore all the streets. Went to the why to dine and it was tasty. The buildings aren't huge, but are the perfect size for my likes. Buildings get too tall and then they blow in the wind, or start leaning...none of that here. Well built structures in Phoenix, no doubt. And the city took care of me nicely as well. The wind blows nicely, and I didn't even need a jacket. And just at the moment when I was about to explode from excitement about how great that wind was, it was as if the city just took me in her hands and took care of me. Phoenix isn't the cheapest around $. But not the most expensive either. It is definitely a quality city. I highly recommend a visit.
