Made a couple laps on this sunny Wednesday around 3, here's what I saw.

I reminded her that we weren't compatible and she said, "now that I know you're not a creep, I'm open". I have no idea how she found out that I wasn't a creep, but that's what she said, So she's very YMMV and it could be that there just wasn't a lot of activity that day.
