Perhaps I shouldn't have judged the book by its cover, but the chipped tooth as a result of getting pistol whipped did not justify the $$ she was asking (I don't negotiate with any of them. ,. , just move on) especially since I'd have to furnish the room. Just not appealing enough for me with the multitude of options out there.
