I lodged a complaint with support and said we need a way to block people that aren't local and they just said that isn't supported at the moment. I know they are scam accounts, but it's very distracting and annoying.

SD.[/QUOTE]In the settings section on your profile, go to "Search and Dashboard" it gives two choices: Hidden or Visible. Choose "hidden" if you want the bot traffic to go away. If you keep it as visible, you'll still come up in someone's search results, but you'll also catch spam.
I keep mine hidden, but let people know when I've looked at their profile or favorited them.

Don't click on any of their profiles even if it looks like they have sexy pictures. It makes even more scammers from that area of the world start pinging you too.
Another category to watch out for -- The profiles that don't have a city are almost always scammers. For example: Georgia, Georgia instead of Atlanta, Georgia.
