I don't do this but it is my understanding you can install pinger on your cell phone and make calls that do not show your cell phone number. Use the pinger app to make the call and it uses the pinger number. So your regular number is kept private. No calls when your spouse is around.

I was Swyping in a car and didn't check to see if my post was error free. When I tried to use google voice on my burner they would not issue me a fake number.
