Last report, sorry, Forgot about her until I stumbled on the photo. A very forgettable experience. I'm guessing that they intimidated her and she admitted to being a hooker or that one or both of you got flustered and admitted that sex was discussed.

Cops lie all the time and could invent a story to give an excuse to arrest you.

But otherwise, if you asked if you are being detained or if you are free to go, and told them that you had done nothing wrong and other than that you insist on having your lawyer present to answer any further questions, I don't know how they could arrest you, unless the woman gave them an incriminating statement.

The weak link in the situation mongers are in is the woman. They'll take her aside and lie to her and tell her they'll let her go if she tells the truth and ask if sex was discussed. She might fall for this or otherwise talk her way out of it.

If the monger is white and the woman is black, it's even better, as you could politely ask if this is racial profiling, and you were stopped because police assume every black woman with a white man is a prostitute.

PS - James - I'm not faulting you in any way. It's a difficult and stressful situation, and even if you do all of the above the cop could make something up and arrest you. And he could be mad that you are not giving in to his intimidation tactics and decide to arrest you out of spite.

Sorry to hear they busted you. It is a bit odd that vice would arrest you for merely picking up a SW. I am interested to hear if the cops in Vegas has been arresting other people for this.

From your description they got you on a "10.36. 030 - Loitering for prostitution" charge. The good news is that unless you or the girl implicated yourself you can probably get out of this. You should look for a aggressive attorney that specializes sex crimes. Find one that will file bunch of motions. Plead not guilty and request a trial when you go to court. In many cities misdemeanors is handled by the city attorney and they usually do not want waste much resources on a minor case. If the case does go to trial you can argue that you were merely giving her a ride if you choose to do so. There is actually case law allows you pick up a girl regardless if she is a SW or not.

Not trying to be argumentative but if you research James Buckwood and his alias Smokey1981 posts on USASG you learn to take what's typed with a grain of salt.

It takes all types to make a village and with some research skills combined with the bones fellow honest mongers toss out will dramatically increase your odds at finding what you seek.

Also did a Trop and BH run yesterday and the pickins were slim unless you like them plus sized and hope with the springtime weather it continues to bring us more nice flowers.
