I switched to Verizon Wi-Fi and 5 g had a few weeks of. No 5 g access until they stopped blocking it but on home WiFi no issues. It's strange not sure why 5 g Wi-Fi at home works but as soon as I switched to phone it would block since there the same provider. Anyways hopefully I don't have to just a VPN to use the site.

You should be able to access the site from any ISP if you use the non-secure http link below:
