If the girl doesn't have a license she gets less (like 40%). The girl's share of the house fee varies with the amount of extras provided. It is almost invariably zero at FS shops.

I know some owners and some workers real well. At non legit shops the workers do not get anything from the house fee. They refer to it as "boss money".
Of course there will probably be exceptions. But based on the women I know, that is the case.

The girls also pay room and board. Of course these are the shops with a menu. So Far as how much tip they want some spas seem very standard and some have a lot of variations.
Called to get an appointment but sounded it wasnt busy. When reached there were 2 women. The front desk lady offered to massage (looked older) but I asked for Sasha who was fixing sheets on other room. I do think it's in their best interest to say they don't get any part of the house fee. Monger feels bad for girl and overpays.

One time I had a new girl and right after the flip snd a nice tease she began haggling and then insisting I pay up front. I was pissed. I explained I was a regular and would not stiff her but she said it was their policy everyone pay IP front, which was B. S. So I got up, got dressed and walked out. About 9 months after I went back and the girl I got did the same thing. I explained to her I never had to pay up front and she said that last time I was there I left without paying. Apparently they take notes at some of these places and save your number. I explained I paid for massage but didn't agree to the negotiations. She figures it is in her best interest to keep the girls happy. According to her most places give a cut of the house money and it varies from place to place.
