I rolled down the window and they had me step out the car and we went through the BS and they arrested us both. BE CAREFUL on TROP. Bldr hwy was a great run but the cops are not fucking around on TROP I have only driven this street once since I was locked up and I saw a suv LEO had pulled over another car. Now don't be a pussy and stop driving the track around TROP just be more watchful of your surrounding on TROP.

On a side note 2 nights ago was my first time on the track again and I picked up a BSW 7/10 nice ass and she seemed very worried saying there has been a lot of undercovers lately and that she and the girls have been working the casinos a lot more. But I got a BBBJ with cim for. 6. NO DIGITS.

Just a PSA to all my fellow mongers. Cruised Trop last night, and picked up a light skinned BSW named Ariana.

She jumped in car, and did the standard LE check. Right off the bat, some alarms went off in my head. She was EXTREMELY paranoid, and kept looking around while we drove. While I went to go find a spot, I made a turn, and she immediately panicked saying that she thought this was a sting and I was a cop. I had to assure her I wasn't and that I was just a monger. At this point, she started peppering me with a ridiculous amount of questions. Far more than the usual chit chat you make with a girl while you find a place. Something about her line of questioning just sketched me out to no end. I didn't listen to the big head, and just decided to keep going at it.

While we drove around looking for a spot, she kept insisting on going into an apartment complex on Jones. I told her that I have a great spot that is out of the way, but she kept insisting on using hers. I drove to the complex, and saw that it was completely roped off, and she became frustrated when she realized that we couldn't use it. She finally said that we should just go into a corner in the shopping center and just park there.

At this point, the most glaring alarm should have triggered the ol' Spidey sense. This whole time, she kept texting on the phone. Whenever we turned, she would text. Whenever, I suggested a spot, she would text. I should have realized that she was texting her pimp / BF who I had the "pleasure" of running into in the shopping parking lot. One strategy LE in my home area has been going after BP mongers and only using the phone conversation as evidence. LE gets a guy to mention a sex act and agree to an amount of money and they just arrest them when they show up, no drama, well, except the drama of being arrested, of course.

Cops lie all the time and could invent a story to give an excuse to arrest you.

But otherwise, if you asked if you are being detained or if you are free to go, and told them that you had done nothing wrong and other than that you insist on having your lawyer present to answer any further questions, I don't know how they could arrest you, unless the woman gave them an incriminating statement.

The weak link in the situation mongers are in is the woman. They'll take her aside and lie to her and tell her they'll let her go if she tells the truth and ask if sex was discussed. She might fall for this or otherwise talk her way out of it.

If the monger is white and the woman is black, it's even better, as you could politely ask if this is racial profiling, and you were stopped because police assume every black woman with a white man is a prostitute.

PS - James - I'm not faulting you in any way. It's a difficult and stressful situation, and even if you do all of the above the cop could make something up and arrest you. And he could be mad that you are not giving in to his intimidation tactics and decide to arrest you out of spite.

Also - Bass Lake's post about being stopped gives another good way out of it, if the woman has a brain it should work.
But even there, after you both give your real names and agree on where you met, if the cop wants to take it farther to try to trap one of you into a false statement, it's time to put a stop to it by asking if you're free to go or are you being detained.
