Green Card / Citizenship
Other than the immigration fraud, this can be a win-win for some guys at certain stages of life.

Was seeing a legit Tha MT at CC surreptitiously during the lockdown. Out of the blue she proposed to me, offering her condo in Thailand for me to use (while she stays here) and some (unspecified sum of) money. Seems like she was here on a tourist visa. Spoke good English, had lived in London and travelled to more countries than I could ever imagine visiting. Said many guys were hitting on her but thought I was a nice guy. What was blatantly omitted was what kind of relationship it would be.
It is true that there are many divorced Thai Women that got here by marrying and then divorcing. IMHO, it is a mixed bag, although there are a lot of Thai Women working in massage industry that are divorced, there are a lot of Thai Women that live in US and are happily married. It is difficult to leave Thailand and come to the US or any other country. It is also difficult for the foreign husband to understand Thai Culture and this often leads to divorce. Like any relationship, it takes a lot of give and take and understanding from both people, adding cultural differences is often the relationship killer.
If I learn the Thai Provider is married and is offering services not conducive to that of a good relationship, I usually go elsewhere, to each their own. Just my hard learned two cents.
Aloha,
CS.

It isn't good to judge with a broad stroke. Some come for green cards, some come for love, and some come for reasons we will never truly understand.

Contractual marriage

If it was me and I had nothing going on for me I would take that opportunity but only if she's hot and can bang anytime.
I was approached by a Chinese girl willing to give me 6 figures to marry her but I wanted more because I knew her family was loaded.
Lila was known as Joy? Where did she work before Aiea? Pretty sure I know who the husband is. I mean it's his business so I could careless. She seems nice but I also hear she use to do more the just HE. Every time I talk with her she is supercool. It's her bunk mates that seem to ruin that place. They want ridiculous amounts of money for extra services so I just don't go. I want to see Lila but don't want to end up being asked to pay 150 for a massage with HE. I pay up to 140 and that is it.
I heard she used to work in kapolei does that bring up a memory? From what I heard she never did FS unless someone didn't report it here.

Anyone who might be considering such a marriage should be aware that marriage fraud, visa fraud, and conspiracy to commit either of those frauds are all federal felonies. Also, if the non-citizen woman is offered a favorable deal by the government to provide evidence against the American man, she may very well take it.

Citizenship marriages

One gal told me that her cousin who she spoke with regularly would be a good fit for me. I was offered marriage for love of a gal I hadn't met with no guaranties our love would flourish. She was roughly my age (late twenty early thirties at the time) but a little younger iirc and I would be paid and the family would also cover all administrative fees including flights, lodging, meals etc but as we got deeper into the process (ready to book flights) the family got more involved then changed the girl for some modelesk 18 year old cousin with pretty much the same terms but wanted to pay me less.
They felt it was a great deal citing how stunning the girl was but I knew a long term marriage was less likely so I declined.
