10-12 years ago I used to go to the foot spa on Arville and SM. It was $19 for 20 minutes or something with a HE at the end. This weekend went to try out some places but they seemed to be either be busy or closed as ringing the door bell no one answered. Tried the new one by Burlington, Rang the bell and nothing. East Garden same even though the open sign was on.
Victoria seems too dark to even look open. But tired the door bell and nothing.
Mind you this was all between 9:00 pm to 10:00 pm.

I keep a screw driver in the truck and take off the license plate down the street, then park no where near where I'm going, whether it be a residential area or strip mall. I've walked a few blocks just to make sure.

Another thing is if you are caught during a raid, and they find out you tried to hide what you were doing by removing your plates, that just enforces that you were doing something illegal.
Kind of like a person driving around with a baseball bat in his truck just in case of road rage. It shows intent.
