A list of all the states will scroll down with the cities listed under the appropriate state. You must scroll for a while but Ohio will appear with most of the cities listed just as they are here except that they are in alphabetical order unlike here where Dayton is listed before Columbus. I hope this is helpful. As always.

I completely understand a provider's need for references. Not debating that.

But is it as simple as "the girls call each other and share intel on guys"? You give provider be the name of Provider A. Be calls A. Ok. I would think they wouldn't want to share the business? But I guess I am looking at it wrong.

How do you guys handle getting references? Do you ask a provider "are you cool with me using you as a reference"?

I would think it's hard for the girls to remember who is who. Or do you share your username here? I've never asked them if I can use any of them as a reference. I just got lucky with some providers that want references, but somehow let me in anyway without them.

As some of you may know I just took some time off because of a loss of my own loved one (I'm sorry to hear of Heidi's loss as well). I was quite upset with the response I received when I returned.

I did not advertise my need for help nor did I ask for help but I was hurt when the response I got from "gentleman" when they asked about my absence was "So you're running specials then, right? ". And I also have to add that my very first visit back, I was shorted with no apology or response from the gentlman at all (yes a member here).

I had thought twice about posting at all but seeing a similar situation I was compelled to share. In a way it makes me feel like SOME gentlemen see an unfortunate situation as an opportunity to get a lower rate, not to help.

Again, Heidi I'm sorry for your loss and to all you true gentlemen, I appreciate you! A2 as well, as I saw your response to Ally's post about my absences!

When using someone for a reference, not every provider keeps information on gentlemen that they have seen; the exception being that gentlemen is a regular. A reference is not used to exchange details of the gentlemen, more so that it is used to make sure that provider did in fact see said gentlemen and of course he was in fact a gentlemen. I have providers contact me with a name and phone number only all of the time. Sadly I cannot give an accurate reference with this limited info unless, like I said, they are a regular. What ends up happening is I have a long trail of emails or text messages back and fourth trying to remember who the guy was. I have no problem giving someone a reference, but I don't feel like I should have to play detective to find out who the guy is that's trying to use my name as a reference. If the gentlemen asking for a reference would simply send a communication stating that said provider will be contacting you for a reference, if that's ok. Simple etiquette. My 2 cents worth anyway.

I want to give credit where it is due.

The past 6 weeks I've had clients I just couldn't get in, I remembered how nice Stormy always is on here so I gave her a call, I asked her would she please see a few guys for me, I explained I'm very fond of my clients and yes they come off spoiled but they are very respectful great guys, I worry when ever I send out a client somewhere else because I would never want one of my guys mistreated, so I held my breath and called, Stormy was friendly and very accommodating, some of my guys have odd hours but she was up to it with no problem!! Now I had to just cross my fingers and wait to hear back.

I got a call tonight, he went to see her a few weeks back and plans on going this week so he says it reminded him of me, because I sent him, HE COULD NOT SAY ENOUGH about Stormy, says he had to remind himself they just met when leaving! He was comfortable he felt safe, he said she's down to earth and just an all around nice girl. It was such a great weight off my shoulders to hear that! I've been needing a girl to send my guys to that I knew for sure would treat them good so we all could feel comfortable. I'm so thankful Stormy.

P.S. I did suggest he come aboard here an leave her something special, he is not quite ready for review writing, I did tell him I would do it and he agreed to that being okay. .

Amber.[/QUOTE]I feel like I could PM a name to you and would be right. I've had this happen to me after running into some bad luck and was pretty much exploited, then after that was expected to always offer an absurd discount.

I've had to stop accepting less when regulars ask because 9/10 times, the guys who asked for a "one time" discount will come back the next time with the "one time" discounted amount (instead of being a gentleman and bringing the difference). I've tried my best to be accomidating, and have given some pretty crazy discounts, and was never repaid the difference by those who promised to.

The haggling can be so tacky, especially when it's done in a time of need. It happened a few weeks ago and made me feel like crap, and also ended up with me blocking the monger.

Good service isn't always cheap, and cheap service isn't always good. IF you are short on funds and a provider agrees to allow the discount, pay the difference your next visit. Don't short her again, as you'll likely end up with her cutting you off.

[/QUOTE]Stormy is great! Always quick with reference checks, too! One of her clients visited me a couple weeks ago after she referred him due to her being busy. I appreciate her for being so professional and caring about her clients more than making a buck. He was a true gentleman and the exact type of guy I'd expect someone who provides her caliber of service to be.

I wish more providers looked out for one another.

I am (according to what I see on this board) a low-volume monger unless I really "click" with a provider and we can work something out at what I consider a reasonable arrangement (more on that later). I understand the need for reference checks, but I'll buy a burner phone and use it until I lose it or have to pitch it, so with my lower volume it can be tough for a lady to remember me from one or two visits especially in regards to a third party asking when all they have is a first name and a phone number. I have been posting since 12/07 and am a respectful person. Shouldn't that count for something? I don't review every encounter, but simply being "senior" I agree isn't enough. Do any of you ladies do a quick check of posts and briefly scan their content?

As for the arrangement I was referring to. I have tried to set this up a few times and it worked well once. I asked for a discount if my next visit was pre-paid. I'll pay now and you "owe me one" for a lower cost. Usually, I'll pay for the next visit when I'm there and keep one visit "in the bank" so to speak. I'm happy I'm getting a more reasonable rate and she knows I'm serious and has cash in hand before services are rendered. When I need a visit and I'm short on cash, I'll cash in, but the following visit is back to full price and I'll pre-pay then for the one following. This worked out well with one lady and VERY BADLY with another and the others were so-so. I didn't post about it as it was a calculated risk on my part that didn't pay off, so live and learn. The lady that it worked well for asked not to be spoken about, so I haven't and won't.

When you work in Detroit and frequent Windsor, you get spoiled. I got some of the most fantastic massages for $50-60 for 75-90 minutes of paid time (60-ish was the massage but when I worked on her, the sessions sometimes nearly doubled in length) and every once in a while, there was more than the usual "finish. " These ladies stayed UTR and only saw gentlemen, so I never violated their trust. They enjoyed themselves as did I and they made cash while doing it. I enjoy pleasuring women, but not on my time for dime. If I'm getting them off, the clock should stop. After all, I'm paying (plus, like all men, I think I'm pretty good at what I do). Few women have met the high bar set when capitalism reigns in a market economy.

I guess I'm done with my ramblings.

If someone is a senior here and / or regular Mem with several reviews and post, I feel there is no reason for two references on top of that. That's suppose to be one of the great things about being members especially seniors. I only ask for references if someone is NOT a member or is a Utr member.

Senior members I will see with a PM and we go from there! I know things happen and everyday life sometimes requires you gentlemen to change phones often. I also will go out to dinner or something for a meet and greet if need be. I really try to work with everyone as much as I can.

Recently I wanted to see a provider and I was willing to provide TWO photo I'd's. I really did not want to do this. She stated that it would only prove I was not a cop. I will not see a provider who does not require a reference just so the other provider can call them to check me out.
