However, most providers make themselves available only during regular business hours. It's a time frame that normal working schmucks cannot take off. So in essence, by only working when the customers are unavailable, they're scheduling themselves out of potential income.

Now, I understand that a lot of providers have kids / families / school that needs to be attended to pre and post banking hours, but I would imagine those kidless / jobless / schooless providers would be smart to make themselves available primarily when the customer base is more likely able to see them.

I don't know about other mongers, but I have a tendency to hook up with providers that frequently change up their pics on here. Ladies, when you change up your pics, it is almost as interesting as having a new provider on the board. When a provider uses the same few pics over and over again, I tend to stop paying attention.
