This user seems to be a CC-related acct to someone in the Harbor Court location, just started to receive snobbish DM's as soon as my post in Downtown went live, user has no posts.

It is outrageous that HPD is stating that they will maliciously prosecute citizens. Disgusting.

And if my attorney thought there was enough basis, I would sue the C&C for malicious prosecution. A search warrant allows the police to search a premises for specific items. A search warrant is not going to allow HPD to arrest everyone on premises. Any cops or attorneys want to chime in on how to deal with the police if you are at an AMP when a search warrant is being executed? Ask if you are being detained, and if not, leave?
