Best has a very good relationship with their landlord. They have been regular with their payments, make no problem for anyone, and they've spoken with their landlord about this and got it covered. He knows it would be a major legal issue if his employees or tenants published unsubstantiated allegations about other tenants and their clients--which could potentially also ensnare their own clients--and this mythical spreadsheet, even if it exists, will never see the light of day.
