I don't know if it'll relate to AMP's and otherwise, but I have a membership with Massage Envy for a monthly legit massage, and got notified they are opening back up this Monday or Tuesday. For whatever that's worth.
I really enjoy the massage and table shower aspect of an AMP, and love when there is a full menu to be had as well, but have had no luck finding any since quarantine started and ended. 1. Serenity Spa (Neptune Beach): I have only see Lee there a couple of times. Good L1 with PM, if you're into that. Did try for more but denied. YMMV. She did say a new girl was coming. I haven't checked yet.
