I'm 6', should be 170-200 depending on how much muscle I have. I'm 300. Normally health experts recommend 4 lbs a month as a nice sustainable loss rate. I'd be looking at 30 months straight of weight loss before I'm in the ideal zone. Then I've got to deal with the excess skin.

It's a long way to go before I'm average-looking.
