Caught up with Mandy, just lucky I guess. Wasn't realy looking. Found her on Lenox about 1/2 way between McDuff and Edgewood. She said you can find her day time. She's not comfortable out at night. BBBJ, could have done more but no raincoat. Like I said, wasn't looking just lucked out.

Lots of people talk about it but no one can produce any. If you are basing you opinion on the photo posted on this site I just don't see it. Let the people who know her make that assessment. Tracks, bruising and, especially, nodding would almost be impossible to miss.

For you to assess the amount of heroin in Jacksonvile clearly tells me you may need to let the people whom know about it aswell as know how plentiful it is here in Jax to make factual assessments. There isn't many parts of town where there isn't H to be found. Its obvious that you and many others would be suprised to find out how many providers use it. That said I restate there is not enough heroin in Jacksonville to make it worthwhile (Try living in say Seattle where you don't dare walk down the street barefoot for fear of stepping on a used syringe.). Is elusive, and hard to get. I've read the j-ville forum back to front, playing catch up. I seen the sisters and my senses wanted to bust a U-turn and chat them up but I was skeptical then. Had some random ass luck in Savannah tonight with an ok SW, the scene is non existent. Wish j ville was closer, I'm a weekend regular.
In the 11pm hour heading north on Philips actually the first time I ever seen SWers believe it or not though I always heard for years this is where they're found in JAX, I saw two on the corner of University walking north where that strip club is at, both looked too good for SW and were walking alongside traffic not looking at the cars, medium height, tone figures, shoulder length hair blond and brunette, the way they were dressed and looked, they looked more like they were coming out of night clubs or a cafe then the streets, I figured they were either LEO or strippers from the club going to their cars, or maybe a lesbian couple. At George's house further north thin, very youthful brunette with a bob or bop hairdo whatever it's called, standing right in front, seemed distracted with something when I was passing by like someone in the back was talking to her, or maybe she saw me and I grossed her out and she was pretending to be preoccupied. I don't go the SW route but enjoy the sight-seeing and reporting, nothing on 103, Univ, or Emerson, nor Lane or the truck stop.
Out and Back on Route 103 this pm and no sightings. Shot over to I-10 area and scooped little spinner "JJ". Nice tight little body,"Short" Shorts and tank top. Nice quiet spot and asked about President Jackson and she knew who I was talking about. She was a little nervous but we got along fine. HT
