You will usually encounter a few cruisers and / or a paddy wagon parked nearby ready to pounce. They always have backup nearby. Cops don't set up prostitution stings to try and take down johns by themselves. It is always a group effort. So no cops waiting nearby, no sting.

On rare occasions a decoy will step into your car, but LE will not you drive away. Always drive away with SW and then do the cop check at least a block away. I can't speak for other cities, but that's how Boston always does it in my experience.

As for the "cop check", at least in Mass, it's worthless (except to get a quick sample feel). Mass case law from a prostitution arrest about ten years ago. The defendant had testified that the officer had touched her intimately, and her lawyer had argued it constituted entrapment. The judge ruled that police officers working in an undercover capacity may sometimes be required to do things which would normally be considered improper, immoral, or illegal, in order to maintain their cover. There was a big newspaper article about it at the time. Basically they can do anything that doesn't involve penetration in any form.

Was cruising the ave from 11-12 Wednesday night before the snow. Was pretty alive confirmed 4 WSWs strolling DOT. Settled for a BSW camped out past park st I think in front of laundry land. They kept the wagon and most of the cars behind the buildings on Auckland st. Not only that but I noticed near aunty LEO there would be a plain clothed cop laying in a blanket on the ground like a bum. He would rarely move even during the arrest unless there was trouble arresting the guy. But he was ready if you did anything stupid.

Well I can assure you that no female decoy wants to have some strange guy grab her tits. Having a girl grab you dick is another matter.

Guys, keep your eyes open for a WSW who hangs in the doorway next to the Orlan's dry cleaners, opposite the Hess on Dot Ave. Pretty good looking, dark blonde, probably 28-30, seems very with it, often hangs in the doorway there smoking. But tonight at about 630 I saw someone scoop a cute HSW right there. Past there, on the bridge I saw someone scoop a bundled up SW wearing a white coat.

I trolled dot ave around 9 last night and ran into a few decent ones last night. Saw Diane on Dot near the little park and tried to scoop her but she didn't stop so I have her a call and she told me to meet her at bk. By the time I got there someone must have scooped her.
