Well I got to experience my first dash. It was the ad for the lesbian couple that wanted to try new things. We exchanged pictures. Gave me the address on riverside. It was a empty house with an air mattress. I sat down and chatted for a few minutes while one was taking a shower. She then hollered to the chatty one and said bring me a towel. 99% of the time they answer me. That tells me they're legit. If they don't answer I always ask again the next time I text, if they don't answer appropriately I end the conversation and I've never had any try to entice me further.
So, the providers are just making sure you're not uncle LEO when they ask because LEO has to tell them when asked their identity.
First and foremost do your research. This site is a good place to read reviews. Use the search option. Most of the time there's a review out there about the person in question if they've been around for a while.
