I suspect permanently given their issues with the town, unpaid taxes, etc. Last report I saw was that there was a sign that said 'closed for remodeling' but I would be shocked if another club re-opened there. Seems reminiscent of East Hartford and Kahoots on Main St. Eventually the town just comes to grips with the fact that the place isn't worth the trouble and shuts it down permanently.

Has the videos in it. There are a lot of places called the same name, so they probably had some hassle about posting that name.
It appears that the Lions Den has changed the name to The Den Cabaret. If you do a search on it, it comes up as a working place.
Reminds me of the blue with all the antics.
Admitted to running a rink but will still be allowed to be in business.

Owner probably could've kept it on the low if he just paid his taxes because others in that area have menus just as open.
In other news, The Den recently listed hours of operation. Maybe reopening soon.

Looks like it's going to open by mid-July. Once I get wind of the exact date, I will post it. There will likely be an invitation-only soft opening before the grand opening for all to enjoy.

Facebook still says 'Coming Soon'. I'd be really surprised if it as good as the blue was. Seems like they are trying to make it 'upscale' . As if there is such a thing as an upscale strip club LOL.

They keep posting videos on Instagram and Facebook. One video on Facebook shows the the Men's Room finally has doors on the toilets.

Not a good omen. This is no surprise given the history at that location. Apparently, there has been a demand for cameras everywhere inside the joint, and it's unlikely to be women brought up from the 305 area code as first suggested. My sense is the hype and the risk will greatly exceed the reality, unfortunately.
I'm not holding my breath for this place to make a positive splash like EB.
Their latest posts say they have a full liquor license, an adult entertainment license and the renovations are done. They say they are hiring dancers and staff.

Judging from the Insta handles mentioned in the ad, and the replies on Insta, it looks like the club may be a bit "ghetto" -- like a Providence club. I'll give it a fair shake though.

It's much cleaner and more upscale looking. Dancers were okay, more AA than Hispanic like before. Maybe 8 girls working at 10 PM could be they're still looking for dancers.
$10 cover. Routinely quoted $35 dance or $180 VIP for 15-20 minutes.
The lap dance room you could read a book in it's so bright. No fun to be had there. Didn't do VIP. Was offered takeout.
It's not the Blue if VIP is standard fare, and it has work to do to be as good as other local standard club options.

I'm usually active in the Boston. Lowell corridor, but I drive through Vernon about twice a month. What is the price for a normal lap dance at this place? Is there any semblance of privacy?

I pulled off Rt 84 and looked up Lucky's on my phone. I know Sunday is not a big strip club day, but Yelp listed Lucky's as open, closing at 2:00 AM. I plugged the address into my GPS and off I went. I arrived about 6:30 in the evening.
When I got there, there was an unusually big parking lot with exactly 2 cars parked. The signage was confusing. One sign indicated a strip club; another indicated a restaurant. There were a few lights blinking on the building, but there was no definitive indication that the place was open. That, and only 2 cars in a massive parking lot, convinced me to keep driving.
