But if they are unclear, flaky, and don't answer straight questions with good answers, forget about it. For in, they're good if they communicate well and get to me before I get in the car or leave to get there. Once I have arrived, they have 10-20 minutes to respond max, depending on the situation. I will be upfront with them about this if it sounds like it may be a potential problem.

If at anytime they are rude, flaky, manipulative, or non-responsive within a reasonable amount of time, forget about it. I owe them nothing. I am an extremely patient person, and when I start to feel impatient, that's usually a sign that most people would have cancelled a long time ago. I don't dwell on it and move on, I won't allow it to get to the point where it ruins my day (and especially, my sleep). And I report it here, concisely.

Each of us seems to have reached a similar strategy by a slightly different route. I now have a 10 minutes rule. I generally tell them that upfront. My time is very valuable and in short supply. A 15 minute delay on their end can jeopardize the entire enterprise. If they start with the excuses. Phone, car, roommate bullshit. I generally pull the plug. Sometimes I make exceptions but I try to adhere to the regime. I also make it clear, if you're late, no tip. That provides an incentive. My regulars have learned that I value promptness. I see a few providers who have a reputation for making guys wait for over an hour; they never do it with me because I drive away / cancel the appointment. I've been cursed out a number of times, but to my way of thinking, the guy is paying for good service and shouldn't have to tolerate such disrespect for his time. If you don't ever let it start, then it tends to stay on a good track. Again I have to be flexible with these girls. Nonetheless, my experience is that their poor time management skills often bleed over into performance in bed. Not always; there are some exceptions. But over the years I've detected a correlation between a good start to the party and a stellar ending. I'd rather miss out on the entire experience than begin the situation with a bumpy road.

I drove by, and the dude picks up something that looked like an empty snapple jar or an empty 40, and heaves it at my car as I'm driving away. The thing shattered against my back windshield, luckily it didn't break anything (other than the jar, so their was glass everywhere). I kept driving, as I didn't want to escalate the situation, but I wondered if anyone had any similar stories?

My play time is usually during office hours so I'm limited. When she is late an hour I've lost an hour pay so my date just cost me double. I respect a girls time and will bust my ass to be on time I fully expect treated the same. IF I'm late I accept the fact I've fucked up her schedule and will take a short date at my expense.

I seldom have a problem with regulars once they know I'm serious about time.

However there are some that don't care about your time, I never book them again.
