I basically told her she didn't look anything like her pictures; she asked me if I still wanted to come in and I told her no and walked away. She didn't seem upset, but maybe a little disappointed (like perhaps it wasn't the first time she was called out for not using more representative pics). Had she resembled her picture, I probably would have gone in. There was just too much of a difference for me.
