Finally led to a thread on another board revealing that she is in fact just a web cam girl (scam, as it was put).

Couldn't find any matches for the pics, and the ad was in the process of removal while I was looking at it. (Couldn't "view larger" one of the pics, then could not reopen the ad itself in a fresh tab.) Did manage to save it as a PDF before it vanished completely.
Two ads in short order, both gone within hours. I don't know.
