Made the rounds of the Melton Road clubs in Gary on the weekend. Temptations is as advertised, 7 dancers were all black, 3 or 4 guys partaking. Was the only white guy there, but felt safe enough. Tried out some dances, and was offered everything, prices as reported in earlier posts, but chose not to partake. Polekatz was the next stop, mostly to get a drink or two before Honeys. Nothing much to look at there, about 12 dancers, 6s at best, and I wasn't even inspired to grab one for the 2 for $20 LD special. Waste of the $10 cover charge. Next went to Honeys, where Angela, Becca, Chloe, Ivy, Liz, and Jade were all available for fun in the back.
Good times.
I used to work at Club O and seems it's less than a 5% chance to leave with more than a dance (maybe a good one, but not THAT good). And that 5% or less chance starts at +$700 plus bouncer fees and tips. At least when it comes to while on the clock. I had a guy one time one champagne room $x6, $$$ tip for me, $ for bouncer=nothing, but conversation, nude dance, and some drinks-seriously. Club 0 is not like some of the other suburb or Indiana clubs.

2 women face prostitution charges

HAMMOND | Two women face prostitution charges following their Thursday night arrests inside the city's longest-running burlesque house, police said.
Candy, of Gary, and Hudson, of Chicago, both 31, are accused of offering to perform sexual acts in exchange for money with a pair of undercover detectives at Kenny May's Restaurant & Lounge, 6620 Calumet Ave.
Police Chief Miller said allegations of prostitution at the 25-year-old show club prompted his department's investigation.
Detectives reported that they visited the bar at 8:30 p.m. and were told by workers there that the small lighted stage was no longer used for stripping, but that private dances were available.
Stephens and Hudson allegedly offered a variety of sexual activities costing between $25 and $45 as available during the private encounters inside curtained booths, police said.
The detectives then left the establishment, and uniformed officers arrived to make the arrests, according to reports.
Kenny May's, flanked by commercial and residential properties, was allowed to remain open through a "grandfather clause" in the 1995 city ordinance which banished so-called "adult entertainment" businesses exclusively to areas zoned for industrial use.
Miller said arrest reports would be shared with the Indiana Alcoholic Beverage Commission and Indiana Excise Police, and that he would be meeting with club owner, "Del" of Munster, shortly.
Decided to check this place out last night. Went around 8pm and the place was dead. Because it was dead, I got to choose any of the 4 woman to go to the back room. All of them had a real nice body but I was looking for the one with the best lips because I just came for some quick head relief. $10 to get in the place, 2 songs for 35, and a quick oral lesson for 50. While I was sitting in the chair be serviced I noticed something in the ceiling that really pissed me off, cameras. The bastards are monitoring the activites in the back rooms. This is the last time I will be patronizing this dump. Just an FYI and also, if anyone has digets for Seven from Kenny Mays, please PM me. thanks.

I personally know the owner of this club..Daryl "D" as he has been a close friend of my first cousin for years. Anyway he told me that the cameras are just for show in case of law enforcement making a surprise visit. He knows about patrons having "fun" in the back room and he has no problem with it at all so I personally wouldn't worry about it as I am going there myself next weekend to unload some stress!
We should really be careful about what we say out here. Is it a coincedence that KM's was busted just after they were a topic of discussion? Making statments regarding conversations with club owners isn't good for anyone and no good can come of it.

Ok so a few of my friends wanted to check out the clubs in IN so I said let's hit the "strip" we started at Honey's still the same as always uninspired dancers a few 7's but they all try for the bum's rush for the VIP NO WAY IN HELL. Got a dance from Ms. Brickhouse was told take-out was on the menu so it might be worth it, next went to Polekatz (spelled with a Z cause it's classy) typical chain club expensive door overpriced drinks and a few 6's who allude to extras but would never deliver for a reasonable rate. On to temptations Same as when it was black cherry's still high mleage lapdance up front complete service in VIP definately a geat deal got digits from GiGi and Sweetpea both blk dancers built for speed. Tried to hit Shag's but it seemed deserted an so did Pandora's so w just called it a night and headed back to chicago.
Oh yeah stopped at CTS and all I cn say is WTF fat older white dancer came with the bum's rush right in the definately not worth it and the other black dancer just looked like she was pricing herself out of range.

On a lonely strech of road in gary indiana lies the strip club known as temptations. $10 and a pat down were all that were needed to enter. While the desolate surroundings and the security staff could give one pause, my experience was a nice one. The women were friendly and anxious to tell me all about what the club had to offer. An old episode of the Cosby Show was showing on a large projector screen. The women were better looking than I would have expected, but noÞ spectacular. Women ranged from 5 to 8 on the scale, but the three I spoke to were very friendly. There were more strippers than guys, so the women are willing to take more time to talk you into backroom dances. After small talk, with sales pitch and lap sitting included, went to the back room for a few dances. Paid door guy 35 up front for two songs of lap dancing, then was told of a suggested tip of 40 for "ahem", a bit more for "wink wink". Pretty good will repeat.
Went by Temptations in Gary last Thursday night.4 girls working, 1 guy and I were the only customers. I was greeted right away. It surprised me how up front they were about the menu. I spoke with 3 of the girls and they all quoted different prices and different services. I paid the bartender for 3 songs and went back with (gigi) had fun for.85 total. Might try a different one if I get back that way.
I went by (actually slide by) the old wiggles and saw that it was open under the new name silk. Remembering the old times I had in wiggles, I had to go in. Someone spent a lot of money. It is really nice inside. The girls are mostly new although I saw some familiar faces from honeys. The dancers are predominately dark skin girls. They are friendly and not pushy. The bad news is the prices. Lap dances are 3/50 in the back but in the open. The VIP is $$/30 and a note or two more to pull the curtain closed. The rooms are very clean and no more guess that stain before you sit down. They serve alcohol.
A couple of months ago I was going around the NWI clubs. I passed on Temptations because they wouldn't budge on the cover or do the union card thing.
Since then all I've heard is good stuff from the forum and outside. Time to cave!
The service at the Shangrilar seemed way over price that night.
