You and I are close in age but you have a few years on me. But it is encouraging to think that I might still be at it six (or more) years from now. And I hope you have many years yet to go. I think that most of these guys (and myself as well) might differ with you that looks are not important. I suppose you are correct that skill and attitude should be the ultimate deciding factors.
