So tried meeting up with someone new tonight and I don't know if I handled it properly or not. Idk if I'm a little gun shy after what happened at the beginning of the week with Ren that I'm getting thrown off but I'd like someone's opinion on what I did was right or if I should have gone through with the date. I have been thrown off the horse a few times and I seem a little edgy climbing back on after. One night, a night I refer to as "the hunch back night", I went to 3 calls back to back and each one had a jacked up back when they answered the door and wasn't able satisfy me. The dates that went really sideways for me had one thing in common. A spur of the moment decision. From your post, it sounds as if you had a spur of the moment decision to arrange a date that you were not comfortable to begin with since you compromised from doing an outcall and resorted to a car date. So, the cards were already stacked against you if you normally don't do car dates. I doubt you would have enjoyed the date if you did go through with it. Listen to the little voice in the back of your head if it is telling you to bail. There will be other opportunities.
