Question. Seattle Times Editorial Regarding City Attorney Ericka Evens / SOAP Zones
I noticed that on Sunday 12/7 the Seattle Times published an editorial regarding incoming City Attorney Ericka Evens and her stance toward SOAP zones along Aurora Avenue. I'm unable to view said article because I'm not paying for a subscription, does anyone else have access to this article and can paste the verbiage here or in the News forum? I'm curious what it says as I'm very interested in how the new City Attorney is going to handle sex workers and anyone involved out there.
Thanks.
Seattle City Attorney won't enforce SOAP
The editorial criticized newly-elected City Attorney Erika Evans' stance on the SOAP ordinance--she's against its enforcement, as some believe that it potentially harms vulnerable populations--and exhorted her to develop an alternative, anti-sex-trafficking plan. To date, Evans has not revealed a different strategy to combat prostitution or sex-trafficking.
(SOAP stands for Stay Out of Areas of Prostitution).
Thanks to RI for the link to the editorial.

Nothing says "I need to retake control" like chopping off all your hair. The lass was a 4/10 at best and now. Just no. I'd lay odds she doesn't renew the stripper license come January.
