Sometimes I have gotten PM's about details that are not posted publicly, and I'm sure others do also, but asking after someone says no won't normally help. The other members might see it as you being pushy.

I guess my post came across as overly harsh, but I wasn't trying to be.

My other point which got lost was that seeing her now is a good time to do a test run with the discounted price.

I'd do it if I was in the area, but I don't live there. I just visit, and by the time I get back the discount could be over.
