Shanghai has a huge stand up shower, easily big enough for 3 or more. As for them joining you, I think it's a case by case basis. I believe that the girls spend a long time on their hair and don't want to get it wet. So each provider may have a different answer. I typically go in clean, so I don't usually ask for a shower. If water games are desired, I would suggest finding a table shower.
