No more than $200 a month each with utilities for 4 guys. Might even find a two bedroom. I think hardest part will be month to month for something somewhere somewhat clean and safe. Even bigger question, who washes the sheets?

I like the idea of a hobby pad. I'd even be in if we could hash out the intricacies. For instance, the cleaning of the towels and sheets is actually a legitimate concern. And to make it cost effective, it'd need to be around $100-$150 per person. If I dream once a week, and I usually pay for a $50 room. That's $200 in motel fee's a month. Paying that and having to worry about utilities and upkeep wouldn't be beneficial. We would need 8-10 guys to keep it that cheap. And with 8-10 of us, how would we let each other know who is using it when? I'm sure we could have a group email list. But then what about utilities? Are we going to have everyone's name on the lease and utilities? Just thoughts to ponder.

I had dreamed about her several times before, and she really liked me. Let's just say that Angel had a crack problem, and a dream is a dream, and I don't want to take any crackheads with me into reality. I made the mistake of not changing rooms the next night.
