The one night we were supposed to meet I did cruise by the in-call. Not my first choice in that area, but they use what they use. Didn't care for the layout. For the time of night there was a lot of traffic (the street dead ends just past it). Seemed like a couple of girls were getting dropped off. Didn't notice any particular LE presence. Also seemed like I was getting the runaround as well.
I generally stay away from BP, except maybe to see the various advertisers come and go, but every now and then you find a good one. During the winter there was one I saw sort of regularly, but she's vanished. I've been doing this since the mid-80's. The motivation is always the same; I'll just keep looking.
